Have you ever ridden a bicycle? If so, have you ever taken a ride on your bike to eventually find yourself flying down a hill, sliding down a slope, or otherwise on your way to destruction?
NO FUN, right?

Now, have you ever been in the opposite situation? Have you ever found yourself heading UP the slope of success and happiness, rather than pain and turmoil?

Sometimes you have to struggle in order to get to that happy place. I almost want to say the struggle is beautiful! It leads you somewhere! You've got a direction that you must work towards.
Work hard.
in order to
Crush your goals.
and in turn,
Obtain your dreams.

What're your dreams, then? I heard once that if your dreams don't make you cry, then your dreams aren't big enough. Your dreams need to be so big that they are seemingly impossible. Your dreams must define who you are! They must set your purpose in life. If your dream is to get married to that perfect person or whatever, you're not thinking big enough! Keep those dreams bigger than life itself!

Your objectives. Your objectives must be those milestones you set for yourself in order to obtain your dreams. THESE objectives must be a bit more spaced out, and more "realistic" than your dreams. For example. If your dream is to be the best racing driver in the world, then you have to set those milestones to be something similar to: "By the end of this year, I will hold the best lap record on this particular go-kart track down the road. By the end of next year, I will hold the best lap record for "x" track; and by the time I'm "x" years old, I will be the best in my county, state, region, etc."

This leads us to defining your purpose. Some even call it a "WHY". Why do you do the things you do? Why do you live? What's your purpose in life? This is BY FAR the hardest thing to define in your life. In fact, this question might not be answered until you've thought about it for MANY years. This purpose will help you define your future dreams and the objectives you must reach before you can see your dreams fulfilled.

Think about that, because it's a lot to take in.
In the meantime, however, I'm going to share ours:

To be the fastest growing real estate team in the world.

To hold and to grow our team relentlessly, to ensure safety for our family, and to have a lot of fun doing it!

To make a dent in the real estate industry, to grow our influence as THE leader in the business, and to make the world a better place for our families.

Pretty cool stuff, huh? This may not be the OFFICIAL statement for our team, however, based off of our team meetings, and our overall discussions, I think this is the closest thing that we could muster up.

Rachel Houskeeper!

Rachel has been in the real estate business for a long time. She's been with Kris Bowen Real Estate for the past three years, and this month particularly, she's been crushing it! While landing multiple deals that have been perfect for ALL of her clients, she's been out and about showing at least 10 homes to each new client she has. (She has a lot!) Meanless to say, she's never in the office to play a game of ping-pong; which is OK! She's out and about totally crushing all expectations of this thing called "being a real estate agent." (Apparently, it's pretty hard.) To Rachel, though, IT ISN'T!


We publish stuff all the time about us being Home Buying/Selling Expert Advisors as opposed to being average real estate agents. We honestly believe it, too! We wouldn't be in this business if we didn't put our full faith and trust in our own ability to help people, and overall, be advocates on their behalf. We think we're pretty good at what we do.
With that said, every month we publish a short team update of what's been going on with KBRE (Kris Bown Real Estate). We'll be publishing next months edition in April!
